Weigh-in for the return fight with Carter
Harry Scott faced Rubin Carter twice each time at the Royal Albert Hall. The first contest, 3 March 1965, ended in victory for Carter when Scott was stopped in the 9th following a cut to the eye he had received in the third round. Scott felt hard done by as he was still in the contest at the time of the stoppage. A return was arranged the following month, this time Scott prevailed winning the ten round contest on points despite being knocked down in the first round.
